“Eco” as an accessory adjective has assumed something of an evergreen quality among fashion folk. Catherine Malandrino’s kicky new eco totes are a wallet-friendly $25 each and is made of 95 percent recycled materials.
The “J’ai Deux Amours” tote gives shout-outs to Malandrino’s preferred urban haunts, New York on one side and Paris on the other. It’s a good look for either city—and, once summer arrives, for celebrating Mother Earth with a beach towel and an ocean view. Totes will be available at Catherine Malandrino boutiques in time for Earth Week, which kicks off this year on April 17.
